Bigamy - married to 3 woman at same time. Sanford police assited to detained me for immigration after Bigamy report was filed. Sanford police helped edwin after I filed the complaint with information edwin gave to officer. No arrest was made for edwin but I was detained. Third wife new he was married to two other woman but still got married to Edwin. Both should have been charge with bigamy. State attorney Tina Pappas did not file charges for bigamy since 2005.in 2006 Edwin was in divorce preceedings with me, at the same time got a divorce in Orange county.

Misty Garzon (aka) Bell former strip club manager of Club Harem currently going to court after 8 month investigation for selling drugs. Edwin was also 7 years in prison for drugs.

In April after Edwin and misty found out that I am going to testify against them, they called Immigration. Immigration arrested me. I came out. Then immigration officer called Edwin stating he has to remove my 4 year old child. Officer gave legal advice to obtain Emergency pick up order.

In my neighbour hood edwin and misty posted pictures of me stating I am a terrorist, gunsmagler, kidnapper ext, and if any body knows about my were abouts to contact Immigration and law.

Edwin and misty had a company painting by star. I asked them to help me with a painting, faux painting and crown molding job. Wich they went behind my back and took the hole job. Mr Perkins gave them a check for $3000.00. They never did the work and took off with the money. Mr perkins have the cancelled check.

After the emergency pick up order was signed by Judge Jame c perry, I filed paper work to get my 4 year old daughter back. Wich Edwin and his ex - had threaten me with my immigration again. Also to report that Judge james perry will does not like me and that he will work in edwin favour. I have been infront of this judge and he does not like me for some reason.

With my motion for pick up order the judge denied my motion but gave dwin 50% visitations. My child is in danger due to the fact her father deals drugs as well as his girlfriend. Edwin's ex had threaten me that immigration will again testify on his behalf. Wich the officer did testify in his behalf. Edwin and his girl freind gives her false information about me when I want to show her proof of there lies she does not want to hear my side. All she is intrested is helping edwin remone maghan from my home. This man had visitations with his child but did not want to see her.

After he found out i was going to testify he used my daughter against me. He has several children but has nothing to do with them and don't want to pay support. He also got his new girlfriends sister artificially insiminated to have another child born on jan 5.

Edwin has alos went to my immigration attorney to threaten him. Edwin is from colombia a drug dealer, his girlfrien a drug dealer, his family has all got problems with the law and had been arrested. They get away with every thing. Judge james perry listened to everything that that man siad. But wanted to nothing about edwin. I am not the only one who notised that this judge has been very unfair with me. The safe house personal also had witnessed this.

We have been even put in protective custidy by the sherrifs dept because of this man. But the judge stiil let maghan go over their regarless her safty.
Thier is much more. I have documentation of every thing.

This man edwin and misty and his hole family needs to be seen for who and what they are. Misty was also a ex-police officer in texas. She has also been a paralegal. Misty also lied a bout a police officer and got him demoted she brags about that.

These people is bad people and is bussy destroying me and my childrens life. I Lost a lot of work due to yhis problem and attoney fees. They are trying everthing in thier power to get me deported to avoid me to testify for mr perkins. Also to avoid to apy back support and childsupport.

Pleas I need somebody to investigate this They are using even the police to intimidate me. Edwin had alos sexually molested not only my 16 year old but another child in a previous relationship. The mother gave me a copy of the diary. She was also blackmailed due to her criminal history and her immigration status. She can not afford to let this come out even though she did speak to investigator diana ortiz from the sherrifs dept about this.

This is tearing my family appart. I have a 17 year old who had a baby. Then Maghan my 4 year old. I am fighting to get a pardon to stay here in the US. I can not leave my children behind. Edwin and Misty will do everything in the power to get me deported.
