Rip-off Dead Beat Dad for 14 years

Thomas Long has been dodging his Child support for 14 years and is now over $60,000 in arrears. Since 2006 CCS is trying to collect child support from him, but he is still not paying. My beautiful daughter has been promised so much from him to include making payments to help her but has yet to keep one promise. She has asked me over and over again what she has done to be treated like this by him.

She was just over 1 Year when he left her and has been keeping in contact on and off, I believe for his own benefit and at his convenience. My daughter is now a teenager and I am preparing her for college. It has been mentally draining on her as well as me because of his inability to fulfill his responsibility as a Dad.
