Paid in full $1473.69. Not received product. Company not responding. Ripoff

I ordered dance costumes from this company in Jan., they promised a ship date of April 13th. The order is payed in full and I have not received my order. To make things worse they haven't answered the phone lines for two weeks. I want to cancel my order but I can't. My show is in June and I need to order replacement costumes out of my own pocket. Help!!!
