Fraudulent charge for $14.95 ripoff

I ordered Walkfit shoe insoles from this company over a year ago. I don't recall being billed by them until this month when they tried to charge my card $14.95. I saw the charge and called my bank while it was still pending and reported it as a faudulent charge and closed that card and got a new one.
