What an old

I emailed this woman yesterday after finding her ad on the miscellaneous bayequest.com board yesterday around 10:30 AM I e-mailed her immediately asking if the pasture was still available, it was, see her answer above.

I then called her on the phone we had a nice chat and she told me to go take a look at the property before I decide; I said, "great it sounds perfect" and "it's 5 minutes away from me around the corner". I ran right down there walked around checked the fences and the grounds I loved it, got home in a few minutes called her back and said, "I'll take it". She was not home at the time, so we agreed I would come by today by 5:00PM because I Told her I was going riding out at Bear Valley and wanted to make sure I was home on time, which I was, so i can give a deposit to her.

We spoke about trail riding and how I have an Appy, where I rode and I am getting another horse in a few days, a TWH, oh, how she gushed about that. We had a nice chat, she seemed cool said she was familiar with horses and livestock, hell she even owned a few bulls at one time when she rode horses and lived in Nevada
How she hoped someone like me would rent the pasture.

Well I go over there it's 4:45PM, she comes out of the house and says "oh, did you get my message"? I said, "uh no I was out at Bear Valley and my phone was off, why"? She says, "oh well I changed my mind, I want to hold out for someone with two horses". I looked at her and said, "Why don't you tell me the real reason" she then tried to back-peddle "oh well someone called before you and yadda, yadda, yadda some lame crap like that. I said, " funny you didn't mention anything about that when we spoke yesterday". I said "I think it really stinks what you did", among other things, nothing bad, but I had her pegged and she was not going to stand there and lie to me.
So girls and boys check out the fruitcake's ad and don't hold ya breath, Oh and she is not the owner of the property, she is a renter and a school psychologist. Nice real nice. Real professional type isn't she.
