Carmen Gonzalez Hurlston Wants credit for services she already consumed which she knowlingly accepted

The mentioned person is a client that was explained of treatment to alternate the liposuction she had been through. She purchased 6 treatments of the 18 the treatment involved called Lypossage. This person attended to 5 treatments and wanted to refer a friend, it seems she was hoping for discount on the other 12 treatment and because I couldn't lower the fess anymore she didn't show up for her 6th treatment.

We then received notice from our merchant account that she had presented a dispute, stating she had prepaid treatments and afterward realized cost was too much for her, she had called to cancel. This person never called to cancel and attended her 5 treatments without any complaints. According to her institution she had cancelled the purchase while still receiving all 5 treatemts, most of all she never mentioned not wanting the service. As we understand she is trying to commit fraud by wanting credit for 5 services she received at her own will.

I have submitted all proofs of her commitment to the merchant account and advised them that I will file complaint to small claims courts if she continues to pursue her effort in stealing from my business.
