Kirby false advertisement / hiring by lying about what you will do Ripoff

I have had the opportunity to witness first hand how some of these Kirby "demonstrators" behave.

1. I was informed i would only have to do my demonstrations. They had someone set them up for me, i go in demonstrate the product then they had someone come in and make the sale if the resident was interested. "WHAT A LIE" i was required to do all of it!!! Also, i was not informed that i was going out of town until we was headed out of town.

2. The team leader - 17 years old and the bosses daughter. Drives the crew around drops them off and sits in the van collecting anything they may sell. And complaining when the crew don't have any shows and say they have to go to the restroom or they need to eat something and wont stop. (i was 1 of two in the van that must eat because we are diabetics and another had a headache and stomach ache due to not eating.) team leader had no regard for any of us. (we left at 10am and did not return home until 11pm, at which time i know 3 of us had nothing to eat (unless you count a 4 oz bag of cheezets and a root beer)

3. Of the crew seems to get off on defacing public property such as the public restrooms they stop at by smearing feces on the walls and floors and was on some kind of drug. He was fine before one show then when the knocking started again they acted like they didn't know what they was suppose to be saying. The white of his eyes went from white to red then an hour or so later white again. Not to mention while in a house, setting up an appointment for a later date, he pulled a candy bar out of their pocket and started eating it with no regards to where he was at. HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT? I was embarrassed to no end!

4. One of the crew has a warrant for his arrest in Kansas for not paying a ticket he received for soliciting without a license.

I was supposed to work from 10am til 8pm not the hours i was there. So i guess i have to call it lesson learned wasted 4 days with absolutely no pay. Funny the ad said 400 a week and 100 sign on bonus (THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) not to mention i was told i would get 2000 a month for doing the shows if nothing sold they when the paper work is signed they tell you that you wont get it if you don't show 60 a month! I never received a penny for any of my time. I will tell everyone i know about this company and turn anyone away that i can. What a bogus fraud.
