Ugly Duckling dealer pushed sale and provided false info to lender to insure end of month sale. Ventura CA

Dealer made me feel like they were my only resort in financing a vehicle with my credit history. It was the end of month and they made it seem like it was my last day to ever buy a car. Now I know that it was the end of month commision. I made my downpayment 3 minutes before midnite on 1/31/07 and contract dated 1/31 and not fully explained nor signed till 02/01. References called numerous times looking for my home number when they should have it on file. My employment contacted and given by DriveTime my private info, my social secuirty number locate my account.

When I contacted DriveTime Corp. Office in AZ they accused me of providing false info regarding my references and my employment status when dealer was fully aware of everything. There was a lapse in my second payment that was only 7 days late. My new paydates with new job would only lapse one payment only. Dealer was to provide info to lender and never did. After only 5-7 days DriveTime put my loan in default and asked that I surrendered vehicle even when I offered payment. They refused I reported them to DMV consumer fraud unit and they still have not sent any letters or any judgements and never picked up vehicle still in my posession.
