Ripoff Rented my home in az turning it into a junk yard

I Shauna E rented my home in arizona to Ember Nelson. She was required to take care of my place and inform me if she was getting a room mate. Her boyfriend is living at my property without paying the extra rent of $175.00. He is a mechanic working without a licence and repairing vehicles on my property turning my home into a junk yard. I have had several complaints from the neighbors and the appraiser I sent to have my home appraised for sale.

I have tried several times to contact Ember through phone calls, e-mails and the postal serice. I am unable to speak to her in person because, I now live in utah. Ember refuses to return any of my calls, e-mails or letters.

I have sent her an eviction notice with still no response from her. I would like someone else to try to contact her and maybe that will save me from taking time off to travel the 900 miles back to Yuma.
