Years back I had gone to a voodoo guy in the bronx. I was going through a divorce and I paid this guy money. Low and behold my wife came back and was a changed woman. Recently my luck had taken a flaming spiral. I tried looking for my voodoo guy in my search I found Ms. Barrett. I had fallen for an elaborate web site, testimonials, guest book, and her personal claims of media coverage. I made an appointment. When I arrived, there were two women Jackie who looks like the woman from pulp fiction and her personal assistant who looks like a NYC artsie fartsie yuppy girl. Immediately she began by telling me not only does she work voodoo that she is also a dark satanist and eluded to spirtual murder. I wanted to leave but she had a good line of crap. Besides I was extreemly desperate. Our first meeting, which I brought my wife she told ne she could remove the apparent black cloud and restore my luck. So my $50.00 reading turned into $300.00 for a mojo bag and a little bottle which she said contained bones and oil. She said if I ever lost the bottle my life would be ruined and my wife would leave me. She told me to hang on because my luck was about to be so good I'd have to hire someone to help me carry my money and enjoy my life. 3 Weeks went by and as hard as I tired my situation only got worse. I called her several times and she told me to be patient. Finally she told me to come back. This time. The spirits were fighting back and some outside force was screwing with me and I needed heavier work. So I paid $1,000.00 for a black casket with a doll, insence and oil in it. And a candle in the shapse of a skull. She told me I'd be a master of the universe.

3 weeks went by I got laid off from my job and my dog got hit by a car. Now I was pissed. I called her back and she was so nasty, telling me the money I paid was a drop in the bucket. That she has movie stars, media mogals and politicans that pay her 10's of thousands, and eluded to threatening to put a black magic curse on me if I ever called her again. I guess when the good luck happens I'll be scared of the curse.
