I was an employee of ITV Direct for 1.5 yrs. Both as a sales rep and customer service rep. And I STRONGLY agree that ITV Direct DOES rip off their customers! Kevin Trudeau is also a scam artist! Believe when I say that the employees are NOT treated any different then customers! And for all those customers that were ripped off I STRONGLY URGE you to file reports with the BBB, maybe this would help shut down the company for GOOD!
