Patent And Trademark Institute
This company took from me 1295.00 to do a patent for me and i got nothing in return ripoff

I have sent in my idea to pti and 2 days later received a phone call from a nancy clark who worked for pti. She stated what a wonderful idea it was, but they had to do a data research in which cost 300.00. They then sent me back paper work with the title of my product on it and another ammount due of either 995.00 or 1295.00 for us patent application and evaluations.

I sent them 1295.00 and waited for my paper work and patent pending papers and never received another call or paper work.

I called them numerous times and only to get an answering machine, and noone ever returned my phone calls.
The president of this co. Is Julian Gumpel, who has been arrested before for the same rip off to other peoples dreams.

I only wish i researched this man sooner, I work hard for the little money I have and to think this no good??? Is getting rich from individuals like us. I would like to put an end to this company's fraud and get my money back so I can patent my idea with a real attorney.
