Slim & Lift Not Supreme. Fraud/overcharge for products not ordered, refund not given. Ripoff

It all started simple enough. Me being a larger gal wanted to look better in my clothes, especially since I have a special event coming up & wanted to look my best. So after viewing an infomercial about the Slim & Lift Supreme, I decided to order one.

So I go online to www.thane.com which is the website that came up when I used the search engine for the product & placed my order. After pressing the enter button I realized I'd made a mistake, I ordered the S&L Sillouette rather than the Supreme. So I call the customer service number & the person told me he couldn't help me that I had to send an email via the form on the website.

So I did, I asked that my order either be cancelled immediately so I can order the correct product or simply change my order from the ONE silouette to ONE supreme. Next thing I know, I get an email the next day from Troy Delliquadri who emailed me back stating "as per your request, your account was changed to the buy 2 get 4 free, your order will be sent out tomorrow." Uhhh that's NOT what I asked for. Not only that but they charged my credit card automatically for $99.90!

I immediately emailed him back stating that's not what I asked for & to cancel my account immediately. I also went straight away to the website & sent another email form stating the same, to cancel my order & refund my credit card immediately. A lady named Erin Bailey called me & also sent an email apologizing for the mixup & said she'd refunded my credit card $30.09 & for me to keep the extras as their gift for my trouble.

I emailed her back & also sent another email from the website form stating that I asked for a complete refund & expected to receive one & said if I didn't get a refund immediately, I would call my creditor & dispute the charge. So another lady called me & I forgot her name, I do have it written down, I just don't have it in front of me, & said she'd refund me another $9.95. Which STILL did not refund me the entire amount. She said my order had already been sent out & there was nothing she could do although, I argued that I asked for a refund BEFORE the order was shipped, she said if I didn't like the product, call her & she'd give me a return authorization number.

Well I called for the number to return it since it didn't fit. I couldn't get the garment on past my knees although I ordered according to their specifications. I returned it a week ago today & have yet to see my refund. I sent it return receipt too & have yet to get the card back. We'll see what happens. Take my advice do not order from these people!
