Fraudulent billing with no permission to take money from credit card ripoff

Ecently 2 transactions were taken out of my credit card account of $14.95 a piece, with out my permissiom. On march 16 when i phoned the credit card company to inquire about these transactions they gave me info that the american leisure and a place called easy saver were to blame. They gave me 2 1-800 #'s to call. The #'s were 1877-564-8538 for one and 1877-844-9554 for the other. When the numbers were called they both gave me the same info as to enter your 10 digit telephone # so we can access your record.

Later telling you due to a winter storm they are closed and to please call back on the next buisness day. They also give a web site that doesn't seem to exist. I have never spoken to anyone about signing up for these 2 programs nor given them my credit account number. But they ended up taking money out of my account.
