Ripoff Fraudulent Unauthorized Billing

I signed up for one month of Eroticy, over the phone because I didn't want to risk my card numbers being stollen over the internet (happened to me a few times in the past), and I told the woman that I spoke with (Lisa Martin) that I only wanted 1 month. No more than that.

I went online yesterday and noticed that this woman billed me again for another month when I told her that I did not want her to rebill me for another month what so ever. I have emailed her and she is refusing to refund me my month in full which is $24.95. I have emailed her multiple times and she repeatedly refuses to refund my money back even though I am not using and do not want to use the sites services what so ever.

Now after having read the nightmares of people being rebilled over and over again against their wills/authorization, I feel that I have no other choice but to call my bank and request that my current bank/check card be discontinued and to get a new bank card with all new numbers so that she can not take any more money.

I say that we should all band together and begin a class action law suit immediately to get what is owed to us for having been ripped off, stop this piece of scum and shut her "business" down immediately.
