Rip Off, theft false advertisement, misleading information

My home is up for foreclosure and I get this postcard in the mail stating they can promise to save this property. But, when I call they tell me I need to send them $812.00. So I go to western union and send this money thinking they are going to do what they say they are going to do. But, I still continue to receive hate mail from my mortgage company, so I call FAS and I get nothing, know one answer's the phone. So, I keep calling and finally get someone and they tell me to hold on, but know one ever comes back to the line. I feel that FAS are just know better that robbers with a gun or a knife!!
