Here's the Scoop! - The Senior Trust Officer at Mercantile Trust and Savings Bank, Randy McFarland, rubber stamps payment approvals to all invoices that this lawyer and his law firm submits as payment for legal fees for administering trust accounts.

In case you didn't know. Randy McFarland does not like people (beneficiaries) that ask too many of the right questions. Questions that he either 1.) can't effctively answer truthfully. 2.) is forced to provide a "made up" answer to attempt to save his own neck. 3.) has to lie about in order to protect his own interest at the expense of yours.

Randy McFarland now owes me a $110,000.00 refund.

Since this law firms principal attorney, William Keller is on Mercantile Bancorp's board of directors, he uses his position with MTSB to help Mercantile "grease the skids" in liability laundering his associates devious actions towards trust beneficiaries. This lawyer and all of his fellow Quincy "Ol' Boys Club" members are a bunch of thieves that hide their wrongdoings in "plain sight".

Michael Bickhaus in particular is a negligent attorney. He concealed the Small Trust amendment to the Trust and Trustees Act from beneficiaries when BoA "hired" him. Which again, the Trustee at Mercantile was more than happy to pay $3,000.00 from my account directly to his firm without auditing or even so much as looking at the bill.

Like I said, Mercantile has a vested interest in this law firm...
