I have sent 15 emails like this one and have never had a single reply i assume that KEVIN TRUDEAU is a rip off merchant (what else can i say after 15 emails) please advise me what is the best way for me to get some satifaction from them

You have charged my credity card the sum of $19-90 on the 5 of december but i have heard nothing from you and have not received any books the money was for postage of the free books

Please can you tell me when i can expect to receive them
