Dishonestly takes money, does not perform services, not even close

This organization is truly corrupt. They are not interested in providing the service they sell you, once they have your money.

They don't call you back or return emails when they know they are not doing their job. You can call the president of the company directly and you won't get a call back.

A response from their customer service manager "Dei" tells you "Our president does not have 45 minutes to talk to customers". But of course, customer service won't call you back either!

In all my years in business I've never been so offended by the brash and unashamed handling of what can only be a scam.

Put the facts in front of them, they only try to weasel around it saying "Well, you say that, but I don't know you, so I don't know if you are telling the truth" - but why would anyone call to report troubles they don't have? What kind of customer service representative would say something like that in the first place? Only one that knows their job is to try and defend an indefensible and corrupt organization.

I would like to speak with anyone who has had a positive experience with them.

I believe their license to do business should be revoked and would gladly tell my story in detail to their president or anyone at the company who would be concened enough to listen.

I have never written a formal complaint about any company I've done business with.
