Dishonest RIPOFF bounced check

I sold a Male English Bulldog to Persis, and stupidly accepted a CHECK from her mom? / friend? Peggy Billman W3839 st. Rt. 16, Rio Wisconsin 53960 (920) 992-5424.
They never paid me in full, and i still have the vet papers and AKC papers of my dog.
