This company takes your money! They are liars and do not have contracts with homeowners, apartments and condos

My husband and I are hardworking people. We needed to move out and decided to turn to the pennysaver. We found a two bedroom home/condo for rent for $1,100 in Ontario. We called and spoke with a Mike Garcia. He assured us that this place needs to be sold and we can move in right away. We went that same day and he explained to us that they are contracted with homeowners to find them tenants. He explained to us that the $180 that we paid to I. E rentals is put towards our deposit. He gave us a print out of the houses and apartments that supposily they are contracted with. He told us that we could drive by the house because supposily the "homeowner" was not available. He said that Monday we needed to contact Rebecca.

He then told us that even though we have bad credit that all we needed to do is make enough money and we would qualify. We paid the $180 and left. I called the next day which was Mohday and Mike Garcia told us that Rebecca was out sick. I asked him if he could set up the appointment, he said no, rebecca does that.

I called on Tuesday, I got a hold of Rebecca and she told me that she had been trying to speak with the homeowner and was not able to get a hold of her.

I called Wed, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and still NO answers from her. I told this to my mom who had a suspision that they might rip us off. She looked them up on usacomplaints.com and yep they are listed.

It turns out this lady Rebecca pretends to be me calling to set up appointments with the homeowner!!! She IS FRAUD AND SO IS THIS COMPANY.
Tomorrow, Feb 5th my husband is going down there to get his money back.

WHATEVER you do, do not go to this company they are scam artist! Not for long though...
