Horrible wood louvers - millwork ripoff

This company makes wood louvers for homes/commercial applications and thier work is the worst i've seen in 35 yrs as a contractor.
They use wood with loose black knots, put everything together with staples-1/2 of which aren't attached to anything.
They cannot cut anything square or in uniform lengths - miter joints are not lined up and have big gaps
They cut some board ends with a shear which tears/crushes ends.
They sand nothing and also use stick nails which often miss what they are supposed to fasten to so 1" or more of nail end is just sticking out somewhere. Great for puncturing your hand!
For screens on back of louvers they use fiberglass - not pulled tight - and then take stapler and put up to 100 staples to hold screen.
They cut louver slats off square and none are same length so each louver has gaps on one side or the other where it's fastened to frame box.
No quality control-bad equipment and untrained workers equal junk. But if you like junk please place order with these folks. You'll be pleased!
Oh, they also do work for other louver mfgs. So make sure whoever you're dealing with actually makes product themselves.
