Harassing calls and bogus reporting on my spouse's credit report

LVNV Funding has been placing bogus reporting on my spouses credit report, we hsvr contact them a told them that this is not our account, also the account was removed a couple of years ago and it was placed back, on June of 06, Not only they have placed phone calls to my wife's family impersonating a divorce lawyer, but they have placed harassing phone calls to us and my wife's brother, getting to the point where they challenged my brother in law in to a fight.

I will continue to dispute this with the credit bureaus, but being a military active duty is hard to be at home all the time.

Hopefully this guys get theirs, one day.
