Suman Varanasi of Zenstra Cheated me Once Again

Suman Varanasi had promised me to get Green Card, in July for which I paid him USD $3000. For some reason he returned me a check for $2200 which has bounced. I have been trying to contact him for the last few weeks but he is not traceable. His cell number is accepting message but he never calls back.

Update on the Suman Varanasi:

In Jul/Aug. Suman called me back, once again.
He asked me to send me an aggrement signed, that i have no complains, on him, and he is ready to pay my money back.

I sent him the agreement that i have no complains with him. But again he cheated me.

He took my aggreement and never sent my money back.

Now he is again not responding his cell or any number.

That Suman is a big cheater.
