Rip off! Scam!

I made a payment over the phone for $80 and they took $171 out of my account. I did not pay by check over the phone I payed with my debit card thinking I wuold not have to wait. Not only did they take more than I had authorized but I was not able to use the money for 20 business days. They said they had to wait for it to clear the bank unless the bank would fax them verification that it had cleared and was not insufficient. The bank faxed them 2 copies and they still would not release the funds or credit the money back to my account. I was told to contact my bank and put stop payment of it, but I would be chard another late fee and a return payment fee. I talked to about 10 different people and every person other than 1 was RUDE!!!
