Rip off, stole money from member Nashville

I sent in my money to join Fan Club in October and have yet to recieve the products members are promised when paying for full membership. I contacted them several times and they said it was on its way. As of today, I have recieved nothing and when I requested my money back if they were not going to send what I paid for, they said they would. That was a month ago. I consider what her group does as committing fraud. They withdrew the money from my account within minutes of my signing up, yet it has been months and still nothing in return.
