Harrassing phone calls for a person that does not live here and this company has been told that many times ripoff

This company has been making multiple phone calls in one day, as well as on Sunday morning before 9:00 am. This company has been told many, many times, that the person they are trying to contact, does not (and never has) lived at this address and phone number.

I have told them to take my phone number off their system. They apparently refuse to. Because, they are still calling as of today. Which is a week later.
