Just would like to tell everybody on the internet be aware of this lady whose name is Belle Quisel-Sibug, with her driver license number *, Expires on 12-* Her cell phone number is 7* and home phone number is 2* (REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)

She came to one of our agents' store in San Diego and bought bunch of jewlery on October 21 with a bad check almost $300 that only has her PO Box 7* (REDACTED FOR SECURTY PURPOSES), Houston, TX77272 address on it. Which should indicate she is a professional bad check writer. That is the main reason which we would like the world know about her.

Retailers, beware! She is a Philipino, with black hair, around 40 years old. She said that she was visiting her daughter in San Diego. And her husband is working in the military which is the main reason she was in the store which is on the military base. Our agent would not accept such a check if she was not a military family member. Shame on her for being a mother and a military family member!

When we first called her, she was still picking up the phone. Now she does not pick up her phone call, and there is no answering machine either. We were told by her bank -Bank of America that she owes them money as well. Her husband is supposedly to be working in the millitary.
