Made charges againts my child support account

Lean Rx made charges againts my child support account in sept 06 I have been trying to contact them by phone and know one responds to my calls. Then on 12/30/06 the same company made another charge againts the same account this time making my light bill return and now I don't have the money to pay that bill. I contacted them again by phone leaving my phone number for the to contact me and I hope this time they will, but I doubt it. Please help me with any information you can.
