Ripoff is a scam credit card company

I had got a weird call on my cell phone, and it was some man named mitch telling me that i would be getting a credit card for 1500 dollars. Then he said someone would call me back and i would need this number, they called me back and said i was apporved for 500 dollars and i would need to pay 129 dollars and after 90 days it would then raise to 1500 with a fixed rate of 8%. This was all over my cell phone and i had no idea how they would have gotten my number. I proceeded to give them my bank account number and my check number and stuff and they said it would be taken out. I called back and told them i could do it and it would have to wait bc i didnt have the money, and then this man named joe said it was ok. I set up the date for it to be taken out today dec 29. I called them on the 28th to stop it and i looked online for the website and things i saw all this rip off report things on this so i called the bank and i had to go close my account and everything. I cannot get ahold of Fedilty credit services now and i dont want them to ruin my credit.
