Dead beat Parent owes minor child over $5, ooo in past due child support. Running from financial obligation! Ripoff

Ex - felon and career criminal Mark A. Akins, D.O.B. 8/25/1965, African American/Jewish male, black hair/brown eyes continues to run from his financial obligation to his 7 year old minor child that resides in Florida. Mark A. Akins owes over $5,000 to 7 year old minor child and is four years behind in paying court ordered child support. He has a 4 year old son from another woman, Yunae Holmes and an older daughter in her early twenties named Charisma by a different lady. Mark A. Akins pays cash to the mothers of these kids and does not comply with the court order for his middle child, simply because the minor child lives out of state. Mark A. Akins has missed three court dates August, October and November. These court dates were issed by the State's Attorney's Office in Chicago. I am sure he probably has a warrant out for his arrest by now. Mark A. Akins makes cash under the table and does not have verifable income intentionally so he can try and make it look like he makes nothing. He is only hurting his son in Florida and eventually the child will grow up and want nothing to do with Mark A. Akins. Mark A. Akins could either be selling copyrighted compact discs or t - shirts in a flea market setting in the City of Chicago or the suburban area of the north side.in the past he has worked with his partner in crime, Yunae Holmes, who he has a 4 year old son with. Yunae Holmes will do anything for Mark A. Akins to keep him in her life.in the past Yunae Holmes has lied to law enforcement about the whereabouts of Mark A. Akins etc. She will do anything to protect him. Mark A. Akins is on the run from paying child support to his 7 year old son. He could be renting a unit in someone else's name. He loves praying on people that he can use and take advantage of. His rap sheet says it all. Mark A. Akins eventually will end up in prison again for neglecting to pay court ordered child support to his 7 year old son. He is in contempt of court and owes a large arrearage.in the past he has rented space from Phil Tadros to do his corrupted business/work. He does not have an occupational license or business license. Phil Tadros owner of Chase Cafe/Dollop Cafe allowed him to use his space to make cash on the side fully knowing he was not a legitamite business. I would not recommend anyone to befriend Mark A. Akins or do business with Mark A. Akins, as you probably will be taken for your money, assets, etc. Mark A. Akins cannot run from his financial obligation forever! Legal action will be take against Mark A. Akins immediately when located.
