Ripoff Took unauthorized money

ConnectNow USA took $34.90 from my bank account with out my authorization, like so many others I have seen. I went to my bank and they informed me that I know have to open a new account and close the old one. I have had this bank account since 1988. They informed me that was the only way they could help me and get me my money. ConnectNow USA's phone number I have just rings off the hook after I had talked to someone one day and was told that there would be a reversal. Still waiting for it, doubt that I will ever see it. Is that really the only thing they can do for me is to open up a new account?
