Rip-off no refund on cancelation

Canceled subscription with in 30 days but they still took 179.00 out my bank account. This has been going on for 5 months and they keep telling me I'll receive my refund. Have talked to several different people in this company all the way up to accounting in which they say they are working on my refund. Have also filed a complaint with bbb in georgia and no reply from them either. But i still call them everyday and give them a hard time about my complaint.
