Fraudulent billing to credit card for past 3 months @ $49.95/MO Ripoff

Just observed a charge of $49.95/mo on my latest statement that has been overlooked the previous 3 months.

I called the company to dispute the charges because neither I nor my spouse had ever subscibed to their services. I also requested that they immediately cancel the service.

To date I have 4 months of charges of $49.95 from a company that: 1. I never subscibed from and 2. I don't have a clue what they even furnish for a service.

I also called my credit card server to disclose transaction fraud. They replied how to write a report to them breaking down dates, etc.

My suspicions that this company somehow got information from my wife's one and only purchase from e-bay. I would like to think that these charges would be reversed and this company be prosecuted for their fraudulent behavior. I noticed that I'm not the first victim.
