Ripoff Lying cheating and scheming to get more money

Recieved 3 day notice Aug 8 for $1990, tried several times to contact them, via phone and letters, to no avail. On Aug 22 recieved another 3 day notice wanting $2985. Had until Aug 25 to vacate. Contacted on the 25 at approx 1:30. We made payment arrangements and got a verbal greement to vacate on Aug 28. On said date we left our keys in an envolope clearly marked hills and homes. Sept 2, we went to pick up our mail and found an eviction notice shoved crudley in the door. Made contact with them via cell phone on sept 4 in the am.

I explained where the keys were and told her we vacated on the 28 of Aug and that the eviction was false. I told her I didn't know what to do. She said "Let me see what I can do. Is this the number you can be reached at?" (Direct qoute) I put my trust in her to help me. I wish I had not. I missed the filing date of the court, thinking since we were vacated on said date and I had her help things would fine. They were not.

Contacated on Sept 6 and was told she never said any of the above as well as denying the conversation that had taken place on Aug 25. Said she had not spoken to us in "3 weeks" (Direct qoute). I was told in a later conversation "Our process server caught you there on the 1st" (direct qoute) The proof of service was signed by the same woman and dated Aug 31.

Trying to straighten the mess out on Dec 12 it was said to haul trash away was $300, when we saw left trash in can at the curb each week. They lie, they cheat, and they scheme to get more money. Don't rent from these people, they WILL screw you over too. They DO NOT know how to run a buisness and should not be allowed to.
