Dead Beat Dad Getting Paid Under the Table & NOT Reporting Wages ripoff

My x-husband Carlos Gustavo Mendoza is getting paid under the table by a friend of his who happens to own a company by the name of Mimbellas construction.By doing so, he hasn't had to report any of those earnings. He was employed previously, but lost his job, so the last child support that I received from the TX attorney general was in September, and Carlos gave me only $300 in October (court order states he must pay $525.00, and then it's suppose to go up to $625.00 this month). I have not received anything for November, & December. Carlos's friend is paying him for construction work & pouring cement. The sad thing is my children are not receiving their due monies.

My x-husband currently lives with a bi-sexual by the name of Ada Martinez, whom he now has a child with.in an effort to have my child report reduced he states he doesn't live with her, and had her go to the attorney general to report him, so she would also get a check.

I don't know how to investigate this company or my X. I wish I could hire a private investigator to film him working with their emplyoees at a site. Or to even follow him home so the attorney general could see he resides with the same women getting child support from him.
