Rami Nimeh has refused to pay several bills, to several contractors. He continues to change his company name and location in order to avoid collections. As a purchaser of a home or a General Contractor, I would be very leary of using a company that may skip out on their bills. With the new Mechanic's Lien Law your properties may be subject to a lien. Be very carefull. He has done this several times. I am persuing this through the court system.
