RIPOFF Fraudulent billing huge run around to get straight answer for Refund

Received call from floridaway this person was speed talking couldn't understand much of what he was saying. I did understand that i would not be billed. Days later i had a charge to my account for $149.00 when

I called my bank the number they had from the transaction was incorrect. I did some research i came across some forums where Floridaway is a major rip off changing their names.

I called floridaway customer service number and got a huge run around just to get a simple answer. After the fourth call to them I asked to speak to a Supervisor/Floor manager finally got through to one and asked regarding getting a refund check. Still waiting on that to happen.
