Dishonest dealer misrepresents car condition ripoff

Warning! Do not buy from this dealership! They are deceitful and commit fraudulant acts!

I was the winning bidder for a 1998 Volvo C70 from this dealership through Ebay. The vehicle was described as being in excellent condition. I paid nearly $8000.00 for the car, after fees and taxes.

The car DOES NOT pass New York State's motor vehicle inspection because it is unsuitable for driving. The Volvo needs an estimated $4400.00 in major repairs or replacement of missing parts!
