Beware of this CHEAT. I made my payment but I didnt get my stuff

Beware of this cheat. J. C Sbicca. He has many websites under different names. I sent my payment to order the multiple paychecks system which the website says will direct one to a confidential website that reveals the secrets used. After I sent my check which has already been cleared, I didn't get my stuff.

I emailed them a few times and all I get is an automated message which says they will get back to me in abt 3 business days. They didn't reply to me or email me the website as promised after several months. He has a website called program critique where he gives reviews of internet gurus and business opportunities. He himself is a big Scammer. Liar. Cheat. DON'T buy anything from him.
