Liars, take your money and don't communicate with you

This company and their representatives are liars and they will take your money and you get nothing in return. On Oct. 1 we were contacted by Mark Jones from this company. We told him we weren't interested in listing our timeshare.

Mr. Jones said that this wouldn't be a listing and he had a buyer for our property. The fee was for the title search and closing costs. He also said it was 100% guaranteed that he had the buyer and we would close withing the week.

After paying the money, we haven't heard from him. I have been calling and leaving messages almost daily. I received one call back a couple of weeks ago and was told they were completing the credit check on the buyer.

So now a month later, after paying them WAY too much money, which we didn't have, we still cannot get anybody to return our calls. This money was supposed to be for paying other bills. We only agreed to this because we were 100% guaranteed that this was closing and we would have our check right away.

If this company calls, hang up, don't talk to them. They will lie and tell you anything to take your money.
