RIP OFF EMPLOYER abused & mistreated

I am filing this on behalf of a friend of mine. He worked for this company, and described the work environment as horrid. The boss is called "Hitler" behind his back due to his psychotic behavior (taking pictures of messy desks and using them against employees!) and endless harassment of employees. Sick time is a non-issue as they consider it an inexcusable absence.

I wanted to make sure that no one applies for employment with this company, no matter how desperate they are for work or money. You are underpaid for the job you do (no matter what it is) you are harassed continuously by the owner of the company (a real control-freak) and fired for reasons that the Labor Board in this state will be really interested in hearing about. They treat their employees badly, and either harass them into quitting or fire them on trumped up excuses.in this job market, these people are a horrible excuse for a company.
