Agel Enterprises If this company was so ligitimate why are they sending out unsolicited E-mails, Ripoff

This is the E-mail i recieved I was not looking for information on their company. I (was) although looking for work on sites like career builder so how did they get my address? I only use that particular address for job searching. Again if they are a ligitimate company why are they useing spam mail to attract people to their business? The scary part is if he did get my address through a place like career builder he has a lot more info then just my e-mail address.
