Ripoff ordered product May 23,06, charged on my account never received product

May 20th ordered Proseal kit advertised on TV, my credit card was charged May 23.

5 months have passed and I have not received my product, I have called over and over from middle July and was always told that I would be receiving the Kit in a couple of weeks. My last call in early Sept, I was told that they were behind in their orders and I would be receiving the Kit again in a couple of weeks. I called again and asked for a refund and was told they couldn't because the product was on its way.

In looking over my statement I noticed on my credit card that I was charged an extra $40. For a steam blaster that I did not order, I called again and was told that they would credit my card and still send my the blaster for any inconvience they may have caused me. I have since been trying to get ahold of the 800 # with no answer.

I saw it advertised on TV again and when I called I was told that they had just purchased the company and were not reponsible for any transactions that happened prior. I am now out $67.90. There has to be some kind of resolution.
