Ripoff dont have contact details for help cant use my web page i purchased from them

I purchased a web page from them for $250.00 aust dollars but cannot use it as i cant make any changes to it. Also cannot log in many of times. I set it up the first day but cant edit any info as i need to change info every day as i work for a animal refuge and we get different animals every day but am stuck with animals that have come and gone 8 months ago. They have no contact details phone email address etc. Ive been scammed like alot off other people. Please help.
