In Bountiful Utah ripoff liar insentitive customer service

Yesterday we got two calls from Larry Miller Auto Dealership saying that we won something (a drawing we filled out at Utah State Fair). There are 10 items for us to choose from. We were excited to make the drive from Lehi to Bountiful to pick up the gift. We spent time discussing which one we should pick.

Today when we went there to pick up a prize, we were asked to fill out a survey to find out our annual income, what type of car we like, and other questions. I told the sales person (Jeff) at the beginning that we do not have money to buy or trade a different car. He could call us back in 2 years. He did not listen. Jeff said in order to get the prize, we needed to do a test drive and fill out some forms. He did not check the car before Ryan and he went out. The license plate was not on the car. They got pulled over. How unprofessional he is! When you get pulled over by a police, you got scared and made your day bad. He only apologized verbally and tried to keep us there longer to make the sales. I told him that I will talk to his manager. He did not care. When I told his manager, Jeff did not listen. The manager walked away!!! I got so mad that I started to yell. A gentleman told us to leave. We did not get the prize we wanted although they gave us two prizes. I am very disappointed, sad, and frustrated the way they handled customers' complain. They did not listen. They did not care.
