ACH Ripoff, Misleading phone, unable to speak with representatives, Thieves

I received a phone call from someone from Ameritrust Financial indicating I was eligible for a credit card and a $200 credit towards merchandise. I never received anything in the mail in regards to the catalog or the credit card! However, the $200 is still missing from my account and they debited my account twice.

I have been contacting the company diligently for over three weeks since this happened to get my money refunded, I have used the email address and both phone numbers. The number 866-529-7037 goes in a loop and does not recognize any numbers pushed to obtain entry and then it eventually hangs up on you; other days you simply go to voicemail and I have yet to receive a returned phone call.

The 415-901-1680 number will give you a representative; however, none of them will assist with getting the money refunded and continue to tell you to call various extensions on the 866 number. I had one representative offer to send an instant message to have someone call and I still have not received a phone call.

If they call you, hang up! If they send you something in the mail, shred it—do no trust Ameritrust Financial with your money!
