This Dead Beat dad owes approximately $50,000 in back child support. Could be higher by now! Only pays when forced to. Been through the child support division with Pinal County, AZ. But they are no help. Too many cases & not enough staff. I have had him locked up twice for non-payment. The problems: a.) you must have an address for the legal paperwork... He claims to live in his truck... When actually he lives in a hotel or with friends. B.) he must have an employer that will actually report him to the child support agency. Most don't want to mess with it. C.) you must actually love your children... He only cares about them when its convenient for him. D.) he has a crystal meth problem.
This guy is a major jerk... Hope he's not someone else's daddy, too!
