Darell-neva, Cheapest-cigs ripoff this company went out of business, owing me in access of $68.00, for an order that i placed. Nationwide

Two months after ordering cigarettes from this company, with no shipment received, i contacted them, to discover they had went out of business. They did inform me by email that i would be receiving a refund within 7-10 days, this refund has never been forewarded, as of 9-13-06. How do i go about filing charges against this company? I did pay for this with a credit card.
