Ripoff deceptive company California

Received a phone call from this company wanting to sell me a service that would link all my medical records and make them accessible in case of an emergency. Told them I was not interested. Was asked if they could send me a packet in the mail and that I would be under no obligation to purchase anything. Told them they could send me anything they want in the mail but I didn't think I wanted their services. Two days later, this company without my permission and without me giving them any of my banking information took $199.00 out of my bank account. I put a stop pay on the transaction and got my money back. Beware!

I got a number (can't find it right now) and called it. I got the same guy that called me! He said I had given him permission to take the money out of my account and that he has me on tape doing it! I told him he had better produce the evidence because there is no way I gave him any info on my bank account and that what he had done is stealing. He told me that I could get my money back when I sent his package back! I told him I already stopped payment and that if there is any way I could prosecute him and/or his company that I would!
